Main st. 1800’s home. this job was a challenge. With all the existing Plaster. Being repaired, new drywall on a few new rooms and addition. 3rd floor 1/4” laminated . We were able to bring back all of the existing plaster areas looking beautiful. with a level 5 skim coat throughout.
The start of a new project. Currently dropping in the suspended ceiling framing. This is a pencil rod and 20g hat channel. A great option for super strong ceilings capable of holding weight from the 5/8” plywood followed by 3/4” wood cladding “by others” throughout entire first floor. The basement ceilings will also have the same ceiling framing with plywood and drywall. Complete with Reveal Bead details throughout all floors. Level 5 skim coat on all painted surfaces.
The Main Staircase is getting all the attention this week. Featuring a drywall wrapped curb detailing the smooth curvature on the railing side. From the 2nd floor landing seamlessly through 1st floor and down to the lower level. A custom steel fabricated railing will be installed on top of the curb.

This pool house we installed a 5/8” EXP exterior grade drywall on all the ceilings and walls. This will be covered up by the plaster company. Cool pool set up! 😎 fill the pool!! The drywall is up! lol
